<image:title>Welcome - HIStoric Southworth Hall</image:title>
<image:caption>Built in 1900 by Henry L. Southworth, this historic hall harkens to a different era, one that today, many try to replicate. However, this property is a true original. Historically known as the Southworth Block, this hall originally housed four businesses with a public hall on the second floor. Home to many businesses over the years, including the Palace Meat Market and Heindsleman's, this building was restored in 1990 by BRG and its founder, Michael S. Berntsen. Following its restoration, Southworth Hall was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1998.</image:caption>

<image:title>Welcome - A saloon & drug store...</image:title>
<image:caption>Originally built in 1885 by R. Spencer Hines, a pharmacist who made his money in the Tintic mines, this building was both a drug store and "The Palace" saloon. In 1893, the second floor was rebuilt to create a rooming house. The drug store continued in operation, and eventually became Hedquist Drug Store, the first of several prominent pharmacies to occupy this corner. Most notably, this building became home to Provo Pharmacy, when Mike Berntsen, R.Ph., purchased it from Glade Stone of Stone Drug in the late '70s. The rest is Berntsen Realty Group history... </image:caption>

<image:title>Welcome - ...from Hedquist, to Stone, to Berntsen.</image:title>
<image:caption>While this building, listed on The National Register of Historic Places, changed ownership multiple times spanning nearly a century and a half, it stands now as 'the crown jewel' in the Berntsen Realty portfolio. It was owned and operated by the Hedquist family for decades, before transferring ownership from Stone, to Berntsen. By this point in the time, the property was in need of a major update, and BRG initiated a nearly $1 million renovation and restoration of the Hines building, followed by Southworth Hall, that facilitated placing each listing on The National Register of Historic Places. </image:caption>
